ZLEBAR always adheres to the "quality first" philosophy, and our quality control is carried out: raw material inspection, semi-finished product inspection, process inspection, finished product inspection, battery aging inspection, etc. All atomizers and batteries are 100% inspected.
Each of our products will pass the following tests:
Dimensional testing: to ensure that all key dimensions of each component are within the tolerance range, and to ensure the good sealing function of each ink cartridge.
Visual inspection: no scratches, poor plating, dust, etc.
Resistance test: to ensure that there is no potential risk of short circuit or open circuit.
